Health & Safety Law Poster
Under the Regulation 4 of the Health and Safety Information for Employees Regulations 1989 (as amended) every employer must display the approaved Health and Safety Law poster in a prominent position in each workplace, or to provide each worker with a copy of the approved leaflet.
For the purposes of this requirement the company shall display at each location a completed 2009 version of the poster which replaces the previous 1999 version. All posters throughout the business will be of the new approved kind by 5th April 2014.
Please note that unlike previous version of the poster there is no need for the employer to provide further information in writting. Instead, employees are advised to visit the HSE's website for more information and relevant addresses.
