Accident Investigations

Following and accident and certainly an accident that is RIDDOR reportable, a thorow post incident investigation may be carried out by a member of senior management. In all cases the investigation will be carried out following guidence contained within Health & Safety Executive guidance note HSG245 "Investigating Accidents and Incidents"
