RIDDOR Reporting
The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrence Regulations (RIDDOR) requires employees and other people who are in control of work premises to report and keep records of:-
- Work related deaths
- Serious Injuries
- Cases of diagnosed industrial disease; and
- certain dangerous occurrences (near miss incidents)
In all cases the person charged with the duty of managing and implementing the H&S policy for the company shall assess and if necessary report any incidents to the HSE under RIDDOR as may be necessary
