COSHH Risk Assessments.

Regulation 6 of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH) states that an employer shall not carry out work which can expose employees to hazardous substances unless a suitable and sufficient assessment of risks created has been made.

Generally in all locations chemicals are restricted to low risk domestic type cleaning agents and the risk assessment below deals with all commonly used chemicals to be found in the retail and head office locations.

The COSHH Risk Assessment sign off sheet is combined with all other "Secondary" assessments, and should be completed once only for all secondary risk assessments.
