First Aid Risk Assessments.

Regulation 3 of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, and supportive approved codes of practice, requires employers to assess the first aid needs and facilities required for the workplace.

The nature and extent of the first aid provisions shall be assessed pursuant to the annexed tables to the regulations.

The first aid risk assessment below details the the findings for standard store environments, and specific store location assessments can be found in the Location Records web pages.

The First Aid Risk Assessment sign off sheet is combined with all other "Secondary" assessments, and should be completed once only for all secondary risk assessments.
